About us
Emet Coaching & Consultancy Ltd was founded by Peninah Joy Kansiime, a thought leader, minister of the gospel, public speaker, and personal growth coach.
Our vision — to awaken individuals to their true God-given identity, enabling them to maximize their potential and live purposeful lives.
The name Emet comes from the Hebrew word for truth. Everything we do begins there: helping people discover the truth of who they are, and then walk in it — in their families, their work, their leadership and their faith.
Who she is
Every role Peninah carries flows from the same conviction: that each person carries a God-given identity worth discovering.
Experience
With years of experience in banking, ministry, and coaching, we empower people to live authentically in their God-given purpose.
A note from Peninah
I am passionate about illuminating the path for individuals to embrace their identity. Through mentorship, guidance, and faith, I inspire others to live boldly, lead gracefully, and shine with the brilliance of their divine calling.
